Siargao
Surfing Capital
Why Visit Siargao?
Siargao is the country's tear-drop-shaped surf island — the world-class Cloud 9 right-hander, mangrove forests, hidden lagoons, rock pools that fill at high tide, and General Luna town: a chilled-out grid of surf shops, smoothie bowl cafes and bamboo bungalows. Super-typhoon Odette hit hard in 2021 but Siargao has rebuilt.
