Why Visit Siargao?

Siargao is Filipinas' surfing paradise — a relatively undeveloped island in the Surigao Province known for consistent waves, pristine beaches, and an laid-back surf culture that hasn't yet been completely overtaken by mass tourism. General Luna is the epicenter, but the island has maintained its backpacker soul.

General Luna is the main town where surfers gather. Cloud 9 is the famous break. But Siargao offers more than just waves — island-hopping, palm-backed beaches, and a strong community of expat and Filipino surfers and nomads.

💡 Best time:Mejor época: September–November has the biggest swells. December–May is warm and consistent but smaller waves. June–August varies.
